We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team and assist our General Manager and Assistant General Manager. This is a PART TIME Manager position; with potential for a salaried position for the right candidate.
**Duties:**
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cash handling.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain high-quality food and drinks.
- Supervise kitchen and dining staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate catering and special events, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling and maintain accurate financial records.
- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

- Proven experience in restaurant management
