As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. You will also collaborate with other members of the staff to maintain proper cleanliness and efficient times.
Duties:
As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. You will also collaborate with other members of the staff to maintain proper cleanliness and efficient times.
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking; including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in the coordination and execution of catering events
- Cook food according to recipes and guidelines provided by the Chef
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Skills:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
