About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/ess to join our team at Union Concepts Hospitality Group in Chesapeake, VA. As a Host/ess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor

Compensation: $12.45 - $13.00 per hour
