About the Role:
Join Union Taco as an Expo/Food Runner, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for great food, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized expo area.
- Communicate effectively with servers to fulfill guest orders.
- Monitor food presentation and quality before it reaches the table.
- Help expedite orders during peak hours for smooth service.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall dining experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Compensation:
- $15.00 hr
- Tip out
- Shift meal
